What are your pickup and delivery options?
Pickup: convenient pick-up from our Marshall location. Delivery: local and regional delivery across Victoria, with drop-off organised near Ballarat, Geelong and Melbourne — we offer next day delivery on selected varieties. The nursery yard is open to trade and ABN holders via appointment; to arrange pickup or delivery, contact us on 0418 615 942 or [email protected].
Can I order a plant that is not in stock?
Yes we can, however there may be a delay depending on where it's sourced from — we'll do our best to source the plant for you before you make your purchase, or suggest a substitute that will look great and suit your needs.
Can I request a quote first?
For plants and items we have in stock, simply add them to your cart to see the cost. If you're after specialty trees, shrubs or plants that are out of stock or not currently listed, use the contact or quote request form to enter the items or attach a file with the species and quantity you're after. You can also phone us and provide your email address so we can get back to you with a quote.
How long does it take to receive my plants?
In most cases, once you've placed your order online we can arrange delivery the next day in the Armstrong Creek area, and 1–2 business days for other areas including Melbourne suburbs. If you need delivery on a specific date, let us know in the order notes at checkout, or call us to confirm your order. If delivery to your area isn't available online, please call us to arrange it — note a delivery fee may apply.
How can I place an order for plant delivery?
Search the website for what we have available, add the plants you want to your cart, create an account at checkout and register as a Coastal Native Supply customer, then finalise your order with your Ballarat, Geelong or Melbourne delivery address. Select your payment option and send us your order — once received, we'll select your plants and organise delivery. You can also order by phone or ask us to source a plant species not listed in our store.
Where do the plants I order online come from?
Coastal Native Supply is located in Marshall, Victoria 3216. Our nursery stocks the items available in our store, and online plant delivery can be organised to drop off at a location near you in Ballarat, Geelong and Melbourne.
Do I need to register to become a customer?
No, you don't need to register to become a Coastal Native Supply customer. However, creating an account lets you place orders online, track them and review past purchases, plus receive updates on new botanical arrivals and special offers. Customer information is kept confidential — if you'd prefer not to register, call us to place an order over the phone.
Can customers visit the nursery?
Coastal Native Supply is a wholesale trade nursery — we do not sell to the public, and you'll need to be an ABN holder to purchase. The yard is open via appointment only, so please contact us to arrange a visit.
