Correa decumbens – 14cm

Australian Native

Evergreen

Correa decumbens is an Australian native groundcover that grows 30 cm to 60 cm high and spreads 2 m to 4 m wide. The evergreen foliage is dull green with a leathery texture, forming a dense, spreading mat.

Dark red, bell-shaped flowers with green tips appear from November to February and again from April to August, and attract nectar-feeding birds. It suits semi-shade positions, including dry areas under trees, and also tolerates full sun. It grows in any soil type and handles tough conditions once established, making it useful for banks, borders and large areas of low cover.

A hidden GEM! 💎 only 14 mins from home.
The customer service was the first thing I noticed, that worth the 5 starts by itself! The level of care they showed me was unmatched, we had a great couple of chats.
The prices are unmissable and the plant quality is lovely. Very lively healthy blooms everywhere.
Leroy the Cavoodle was on duty and was super cute and came up to me for a little snuggle every now and then.
I will DEFINITELY be spending lots more time and $ here!!
Thank you very much.
