Pratia Blue – 14cm

Australian Native

Evergreen

Pratia Blue is an evergreen Australian native groundcover that forms a flat, dense mat under 15cm high and spreads 60cm to 1m wide. Its close-growing habit helps suppress weeds and holds soil on slopes and banks, so it is useful for erosion control.

From spring to early summer, small blue, five-petalled, star-shaped flowers cover the plant, followed by small berries. It suits semi-shaded positions and sandy soils, and it tolerates heavy frost. Use it as a low filler under shrubs, along path edges or on banks in cool, part-shaded areas.

A hidden GEM! 💎 only 14 mins from home.
The customer service was the first thing I noticed, that worth the 5 starts by itself! The level of care they showed me was unmatched, we had a great couple of chats.
The prices are unmissable and the plant quality is lovely. Very lively healthy blooms everywhere.
Leroy the Cavoodle was on duty and was super cute and came up to me for a little snuggle every now and then.
I will DEFINITELY be spending lots more time and $ here!!
Thank you very much.
